The client support application serves the following purposes:
- User-friendly interface, fast and effective without expert knowledge for the user or the administrator.
- Support is direct and effective.
- Excellent communication and work flow between administrators.

Briefly functionality of the system has as follows:
- The user submits his enquiry via online form (no email).
- The system warns the user for the successful listing by email with a link for quick view.
- According the category of the enquiry the system warns the administrator and the category manager for a new message.
- The administrator or the category manager can reply to the enquiry or pass it on another manager.
- The system warns the user via for the reply n his enquiry and a link to view the answer.
- The user then can continue with another enquiry until he decides to close the conversation or continue with another enquiry. At the end he is asked to review the answer voting from 1 to 4.
